Website information
Privacy notice
Information about this website’s enquiry form, browser storage and external services.
Updated 3 November 2026
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, practice area and a brief description of the matter. Phone number, company or organisation and country are optional. These details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Please keep the description brief and do not include confidential documents, identity numbers or sensitive details before an engagement is confirmed.
Where an enquiry goes
The form is configured to send the details you submit to FormSubmit, an external form-delivery service, for forwarding to onehorizonlegal@gmail.com. That mailbox uses Google’s Gmail service. FormSubmit and the email provider process information through their own services; their policies and technical handling also apply. You may instead contact the firm directly by email or telephone. An on-screen provider acknowledgement confirms acceptance for processing, not that the firm has read the message.
Read the FormSubmit service information and Google privacy policy. For provider-specific handling, consult the providers’ published policies or contact them directly.
Browser storage and website requests
If you accept the homepage disclaimer, this website stores that choice in your browser’s local storage under onehorizon_disclaimer_accepted. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. The enquiry fields are not saved to local storage by the website code. No analytics or advertising scripts are included in this version, and fonts and visual assets are loaded locally. The web host and services you contact may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details; their operational logs are outside the website’s form code.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact onehorizonlegal@gmail.com about information you have submitted, a correction or a deletion request. Any response depends on applicable law, the nature of the information and records that may need to be retained. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period or unconditional deletion.
No engagement by enquiry
Sending an enquiry does not itself establish an advocate–client relationship. An engagement begins only after scope and conflict review and confirmation of the engagement. Please do not send confidential documents before that confirmation.
